*Mix all materials by mixing agitator, grind soap noodles by three-roller mill, make soap materials into soap bar by vacuum plodder, and cut soaps by stamping machine.

*Water pump is used to make the water to cool down the vacuum plodder, and vacuum pump is used to vacuumize the soap materials.

Plodder machine

In the final plodder, the soap is pressed and extruded out in billets through the orifice to feed the downstream cutter or stamper.
