Technical Highlights

Double-Layer Vacuum Plodder Machine

General plodder machine

This machine has two layer screw, driven by independent driving and transmission system. The first plodder is acting as a simplex refiner to make soap pellets in the vacuum condition. In the final plodder, the soap is pressed and extruded out in billets through the orifice to feed the downstream cutter or stamper.

The machine uses a single screw, and the soap is compacted and extruded through an orifice into bars that are fed into a downstream cutter or stamp
