Product Description

The laundry soap production line Including :mixing,Three-Roller Mill,Double-Screw Double-Layer Vacuum Plodder,Refrigerator for

*Mix all materials by mixing agitator, grind soap noodles by three-roller mill, make soap materials into soap bar by vacuum 
plodder, and cut soaps by stamping machine.
*Distribution boxes are used to control all the motors of machines, and conveyors are used to transport soap materials.
*Water pump is used to make the water to cool down the vacuum plodder, and vacuum pump is used to vacuumize the soap materials.
* The parts of mixing agitator and vacuum plodder that touch the soap materials can be made of stainless steel 304.

Mixer

The machine is equipped with a motor and gearbox to fully stir the soap flakes with various liquid and solid additives. The stirring effect is full and uniform, and the color paste and additives are completely dissolved into the soap base to meet the different formula requirements of customers.

Three-roller Mill

The three rollers are arranged horizontally and vary in speed. The soap particles squeeze and shear each other on the surface of the roller, so as to achieve the grinding effect.

Double layer vacuum plodder machine

The plodder is composed of a two-stage discharge screw, and the primary one is equivalent to a single refiner machine to manufacture soap noodles under vacuum. At the end of the stage, the soap noodles are compressed, squeezed and continuously output in the form of soap bars.

Electric soap cutting machine

It is used for the soap bars squeezed out by soap plodder machines,  it can be rolled and cut into pieces by the machine continuously and automatically. It has an electronic cursor tracking system and can cut soap by any size and weight after computer setted. It is driven by soap bars, and the finished soap is accurate to ±1g/±1mm. It can correctly roll and print the brand or pattern in the middle of each soap body, and the  finished soap is vertical, parallel, beautiful, and fast.
